What’s it like here?
Our values:
Restful (Matthew 11:28).
When you come here, we want it to feel restful. We are “on” all week long - work, kids, sports, house, school, etc. - it’s a lot. It can be exhausting. We don’t want you to have to “turn on” any more than you already do. We know how stressful and draining it can be to get up and go to church in your “Sunday best”, so don’t do that. Just come get some of God’s life-giving rest.
Relatable (1 Cor. 9:22).
When you come here, we want it to feel relatable. We are all going through something right now, so let’s keep it real. Nobody is going through life and just “crushing it” in every category of existence. And the Bible is incredibly relevant and relatable to all of us in all stages and seasons who need the grace, beauty, and goodness found only in the hope of the Gospel.
Redemptive (Psalm 107:2).
When you come here, we want it to feel redemptive. We are imperfect people carrying around a perfect Gospel in Jesus Christ. Because of that, we aren’t looking into a mirror and celebrating how great we are, but pointing at Jesus, celebrating how great He is. He makes broken things become beautiful, and we love to tell those types of stories.
